1. I wanted to express my appreciation for the hard work of the person operating the car wash on Wednesday September 10, 2014 at around 4pm.

   For years, through many car washes, my white car has been covered with dark blotches from (I think) pollen. I assumed it could not be removed.

   Without my even mentioning it, this man scrubbed my car 4 times around with tremendous effort, and he removed all of the blotches. I am hugely impressed and grateful for the generosity and diligence in his careful attention this.
